Juniper

In regards to human sexuality: Juniper enjoys the idea of the trust necessary for psychological exchange present in kink. Sexuality and kink is the ultimate expression of a trust-fall for her, and the art + pleasure that happens along the way is the cherry on top.

 

Their journey & development in kink: She avoided the community for a few years after a bad experience; but rejoined so that she could find a stronger sense of "community" within the community, volunteer and provide service. Additionally to learn as much as she can, and do her best to be there for others in the capacity younger Juniper needed someone to be there for them. 

 

Her hope as the new Hardware Chair: To efficiently and persistently work through the club's long needed revitalization so that not only will the safety concerns addressed by the community be corrected, but some aspects can be completely renovated giving safe and fun access to areas that previously could not be put towards their full potential. While they have not formally mentored/apprenticed under another crafter as of yet; she has enjoyed crafting, doing art, helping, and repairing or redesigning things since she was a child which has given them a way of thinking that is more on the technical side.

 

When Juniper is not at the club she works on projects or crafts in her workshop, looks for classes or trainings to attend, tests things she has designed,  gardens or forages, and takes care of her pets. You also may catch them nerding out with friends, or helping others in the community with projects and general life things.
