Playing with POC is about filling in some of the educational gray areas where it comes to POC in BDSM. Allies are welcome. All are expected to check their biases, entitlement and racism at the door. No alcohol allowed. Doors at 12pm class at 1pm. Free and open to the community.

About the event
Playing with People of Color is about filling in some of the educational gray areas when it comes to POC in BDSM. This is not a racism 101 class but we will touch on how racism informs the reason why this class even exists. This class is definitely not exhaustive but it heavily pulls from our own experiences and the experiences of other POC and the things that need to include when presenters talk about BDSM:
Lack of representation
Lack of accessibility of spaces
Isolationism
The emotional labor expected from POC
Micro-aggressions that are overlooked
