If you've ever desired to share your knowledge with the community or you're joining The Rose to further your own kinky education, volunteering with our education team might be for you! Education events at the Rose are always sober events. If you've never taught before but you're looking for mentorship, we can help! 

EVENTS

Do you love the thrill of event planning and exceution? Are you passionate about creating an event calendar that offers something for everyone? Do you have previous dungeon monitoring experience? Join our event team to lend your voice to how we choose our monthly offerings, help ensure they run smoothly and offer suggestions on how we could improve them!

OPERATIONS

 

Do you have previous bar tending, dungeon monitor, or event operation experience? If you're a person who loves welcoming others and adding their own flare to the social atmosphere of our community, our operations team might be for you! If you've never bartended before but you're interested in becoming familiar with BASSET regulations, our mentors can help.

MEDIATION

 

The Chicago Rose is one of the first dungeons to offer mediation support for consent violations and grievances within our club social circles. If you have previous mediation or mental health care training you may be a good fit for this role.

RENTALS

​

Long standing volunteers can choose to work our schedule of private rentals. This opportunity opens the door for networking and representing the club in a unique way.

DISCORD

​

So much of our training and organizing utilizes this digital platform. We are always looking for competent and trained volunteers to help manage and moderate our discord which is open 24/7.  Digital marketing and our newsletter are also areas where your computer knowledge may be helpful!
